This is a wonderful opportunity to meet staff members
and receive answers to questions you may have. Bring
your new kindergartener to enjoy our Kindergarten
Roundup. At 8:15 our teachers will share a 30-45 minute
kindergarten experience in their classrooms.
WHO CAN REGISTER? A child in the Madison County school zone
who will be Five years old by September 1, 2008.
WHERE DO I REGISTER? Madison Crossing Elementary Activity
Center.
The following items must be provided:

Child Survey
Stop by our PTO booths and purchase a new T-Shirt or bumper
sticker among other Madison Crossing items!

- Affidavit of property ownership (to be filled out at registration)
- Warranty deed, Lease agreement, or Homestead exemption papers
- 2 current utility bills (electric, water, gas, land, phone, etc.)Student's
social security card - Certified birth certificates (to order one go to www.msdh.state.ms.u
- Mississippi Immunization form 121
- A supply fee of $30.00
