PTO Fundraising for 2008-09
Major Fundraising...
Our Fall Fundraiser will consist of SALLY FOSTER and the ENTERTAINMENT BOOK. The Kick Off was held August 13th and the fundraiser will continue through September 3rd. Our goal is to be as successful as last year in our sales of $27,000. Last year's funds provided books for the Library and one of the outdoor playground phases. The funds this year will contribute towards the completion of the Outdoor Classroom and make our library more student-friendly.
Top Sales Awards:
• Top class grades K-5 will win a pizza party.
• Top class each grade will win a cookie cake party.
• Top individual seller K-5 will win a $100.00 visa gift card while Second and Third will win a $25.00 Visa gift card each.
For online ordering, log onto www.fundraising.entertainment.com then click Seller's Section. Enter your email address then the Account Code 896420 for our school. If 5 emails have been registered, the student's name will be placed in a drawing for a chance to win a Nintendo Wii. Also the student will be able to play a game on the site. If registering 10 emails, students will get to download a free game of their choosing.
Check out the products available... Wrapping essentials for gifts; Organizational Products; Kids games and stationery; Kitchen Essentials; Chocolates and more. Online orders will be shipped, as they are processed, directly to the customer and distribution of packet orders will take place on October 1st. Minor Fundraising...
The last Box Tops deadline was FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24th. There will be another deadline closer to the Spring, so still keep collecting!
Clip Box Tops from your favorite products in your local grocery stores. You can find them on brands such as Cheerios®, Betty Crocker®, Pillsbury®, Ziploc®, Kleenex®, Hefty® and more!!
For every 100 box tops collected, your child will have a book in their name in our library and they can check it out first!! Put your clipped Box Tops in a Ziploc bag with your child’s full name, homeroom teacher and grade. We bag them in groups of 50 and send them in. BOX TOPS MARKETPLACE... Do all of your online shopping through Box Tops Marketplace. A percentage of your purchases will be sent directly to our school. It’s easy money for our school and also easy to do! Christmas is coming so shop from the comfort of your home while helping Madison Crossing!! Old Navy, Best Buy, PetSmart, Target, GAP and Barnes & Nobles are just a “few” of the stores that support this fundraiser.
Just go to www.boxtops4education.com, click on Marketplace at the top. Then click 'See all Stores' and select 'shop now' next to the store of your choosing. Please sign in as Madison Crossing/Middle School PTO in order for our school to receive credit. Select items you’d like to purchase, as you normally would, and follow their standard check out procedure. A percentage of qualifying purchases will be automatically credited to Madison Crossing.
